Viainvest Review (2019)

How to Invest Money

ViaInvest is one of the latest P2P lending platforms that you can find online. This is a website that has been around for a few years now, but not a lot of people know about it. And the challenge for it is that it can be very tricky to figure out what P2P lending platform they should use just because they are so many. It’s always a very good idea to study what the platform has to offer, and in this case there are quite a lot of great features.

What can you invest in?

When it comes to this type of platform, what you can invest in will always be a huge deal. In this particular case, you can invest in short term, secured loans. These loans are secured in a variety of ways. Of course real estate is the preferred option, but there are some other options that are not outlined here. However, the website ensures you that there are no problems and you will be able to acquire some great results if you invest in this nonetheless. Which is exactly what you need to focus on when it comes to a feature like this.

Interest rates

The ViaInvest interest rates will vary. You might have some interest rates that are pretty good, but others are lower than expected. Based on our experience with the website it seems that you should expect an interest rate that’s a bit above 10%. Sometimes it will be 14% for example, but these investment opportunities are rare and you really have to look out for them.

Crowdestate Review (2019)

10% is not a bad rate, don’t get us wrong. But there are platforms that provide a bit more for the same amount. That being said, the fact that you have secured loans does make a difference because you know what to expect and it can be quite an interesting thing to approach when it comes to something like this.

Internal taxation

An interesting thing about ViaInvest is that they are required by the law to make internal taxation. But obviously this comes with some issues, because you will be charged based on what country you are from. So there will be people that are taxed more when compared to others. It’s still pretty good either way, but in the end this can be an issue for people that want to handle taxes separately. That being said, the legislation differs and in some countries this is requested by the law. While it’s certainly not convenient, the results shine and that’s the thing that really matters.

Withdrawal and deposits

These tasks tend to take quite a bit of time on some platforms. So it does make a lot of sense to check out the ViaInvest platform because they give all of this in 1 day. It’s certainly an amazing experience to have everything done and ready to go so fast.

User interface

As an investor, especially as a beginner, you expect the interface to be as simple and as easy to use as possible. In this case it actually is. The results are great and the experience on its own surely shines in masterful ways. While it can take a little bit to get used to the feature location, for the most part the ROI is great and that’s the thing that really matters in here.

Fast Invest Review (2019)

Buyback guarantee

ViaInvest will refund the accrued interest and principal after 30 days of default. It really matters to have such a feature available, and in the end it’s something that should be standard for most websites like this. Unfortunately it’s not, but it should be in the long run. We believe that ViaInvest has the potential to improve some of the legalities behind this type of stuff, but it’s clear that they are working on it and in the end that’s all that matters.

Automatic investments

Being able to invest automatically and without worries is always a great idea for P2P lending platforms. And in this case the site does provide all the features you may need, sometimes even more than that. The true benefit with this is you get to have the right investment opportunity in front of you and you get to adapt it to your own needs without that much of a hassle. It’s great that it works so well, and the fact that you can choose interest rates, investment amounts and the amount you are willing to put into this.

While ViaInvest does have an automatic investment feature, it’s not as comprehensive as others. It can be adapted and optimized to suit your needs too, and that in the end it’s the type of thing that you need to strive towards.

Robocash Review (2019)

After using ViaInvest for quite a bit of time, we didn’t really find a particular reporting feature. That’s not a bad thing, but you do expect to have some reporting features here and there from a website like this. It’s not a dealbreaker for sure, but it can be an issue for some people that want to know exactly what they invested in what they can expect for the most part.

Is it a reliable P2P lending website?

That depends on what you need. ViaInvest focuses on short term investments, so these will pay up either in a few months or up to a year. That’s why the rates are lower to begin with. But you can reinvest and then you can earn a bit more. It really is up to you and what you expect for the most part.

There are some higher tier, more percentage offered options, but those will not always bring in the highest amount of money. What this means is that most of the time convenience will be everything when it comes to this kind of stuff. The interface is great and you can get used to it pretty quickly. Obviously the site could be improved here and there, but it’s not bad and it will deliver a pretty good ROI. If you’re ok with a 10% ROI, then the outcome can be huge!

  1. hi, thanks for this review. I am investor in Viainvest and I like their platform. However one thing I really dislike it that their buybacks are not started automatically. You have to monitor yourself and manually initialize for each individual loan. In addition you cannot filter loans eligible for buyback on the website (can only be done by downloading the excel….). This is very different from any other platform. Have you looked at this? It is not explained on their website and feels like they want to make it hard for investor to take their money out… so not very transparent at all.
