Hi P2P lenders, Reality investors and Cryptocurrency investors!

I am glad to announce you I finally signed the agreement and booked two new apartments which will be ready in February 2021. And hurray my cryptocurrency portfolio finally turned into profit. I hope this trend will continue and by the end of this year I will be sitting on huge profit again like before.

Cryptocurrency Portfolio

In October my Cryptocurrency portfolio made 2.519,52 EUR. This is a good sign. The cryptocurrencies I hold have definitely a potential to succeed. It is only a question of time as I said last month.

BAT was the best moneymaker with 2.142,44 EUR then XRP with 294,24 EUR and last ADA with profit of 82,84 EUR.

The total profit was 2.519,52 EUR and current value of my portfolio is 13.234,41 EUR. Back to numbers of My Cryptocurrency Portfolio:



P2P Portfolio

Profit from this portfolio was 674,89 EUR in October. As usual the big gainers were EnvestioCrowdestorMintos and Grupeer and these big 4 P2P platforms have produced 96 % of my total P2P profit. As you can see I am slowly reducing the balance of some P2P platforms just to keep the main platforms in action. It takes a lot of time to manage 13 different platforms and my goal is to have about 5 best, safe and high yield platforms in my portfolio. This month I exited 3 platforms (Peerberry, Viainvest and Iuvo-group). So at the moment I have my money invested in 10 platforms.

Also some of the money I am moving from this portfolio to real estate portfolio as I reserved 2 brand new apartments. Once I am done with this my spare cash will flow again into P2P portfolio as I did not find any better option how to make so much money with so little risk (I only buy loans with buyback guarantee).

Real Estate Portfolio

You might have a feeling that this portfolio is so boring while there is always no news and the profit is always the same. Yeah, that’s true. But profit is profit. I like this kind of profit. It is stable and easy predictable. Once you find good tenants the only thing you have to do is to check the account balance once the rent is due.
